01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 184tapatan website located at 184tapatan.club and any associated services, mobile interfaces, or promotional materials (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 184tapatan Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

02Eligibility & Age Requirements

To register and use the 184tapatan Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age, in accordance with the minimum legal gambling age established under Philippine law and PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) regulations.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines or your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of 184tapatan or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 184tapatan Platform or any affiliated gaming platform.

By registering on 184tapatan, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. Providing false information to circumvent these requirements is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

03Account Registration & Security

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 184tapatan Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering your 184tapatan account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Keep your login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify 184tapatan immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, until you notify us of unauthorized access.

184tapatan reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where we have reason to believe that the information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent.

04Deposits & Withdrawals

184tapatan supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, all of which are compliant with Philippine financial regulations:

• E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya / Maya
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card: Philippine-issued debit cards linked to eligible bank accounts

All deposits are credited to your 184tapatan account in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published on the Platform, subject to completion of KYC verification. 184tapatan does not charge withdrawal fees for GCash and Maya transactions; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees.

All funds deposited into your 184tapatan account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 184tapatan reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used on the Platform.

05Bonuses & Promotions

184tapatan offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are available to registered players who have completed KYC verification and are aged 21 or above.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms.
• 184tapatan reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated software, or exploiting technical errors — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

06Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the 184tapatan Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific game's rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

Non-live games on 184tapatan use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited to ensure genuinely random and fair outcomes. Live casino games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the rules of the respective game as displayed on screen.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 184tapatan's records shall be the definitive source of truth for determining the outcome of any wager. We reserve the right to void any bet affected by a verifiable technical error, regardless of the displayed outcome.

• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before placing wagers.
• 184tapatan is not liable for losses resulting from interrupted connections on the player's side.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface.

07Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 184tapatan Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to 184tapatan immediately.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 184tapatan staff, other players, or live dealers.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

08Account Suspension & Termination

184tapatan reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Direction from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court of competent jurisdiction.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon termination of an account for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and deduction of applicable fees. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings are non-refundable upon termination.

09Responsible Gaming

184tapatan is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all players. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.

• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the 184tapatan Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

184tapatan strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years for all players in the Philippines. We do not knowingly permit underage individuals to access the Platform and will take immediate action upon discovery of any underage account.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the 184tapatan Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive property of 184tapatan or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use any 184tapatan trademarks, logos, or brand elements without express written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 184tapatan and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunctions, server outages, or connectivity issues.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform.
• Interruption or cessation of the Platform's services for any reason.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 184tapatan makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

12Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The 184tapatan Platform operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation for a period of not less than thirty (30) days from the date the dispute is first raised in writing.

13Amendments to These Terms

184tapatan reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the 184tapatan Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
