• Consent: Processing for marketing communications and non-essential cookies, where you have provided clear, informed, and freely given consent. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

05Data Sharing & Disclosure

184tapatan does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share your data only in the following limited circumstances:

• Payment Processors: GCash, Maya, and partner banks receive the minimum data necessary to process your transactions securely.
• KYC & Identity Verification Providers: Third-party verification services that assist us in confirming your identity and age in compliance with PAGCOR requirements.
• Game Software Providers: Licensed game developers whose software powers games on the 184tapatan Platform may receive anonymised or pseudonymised gameplay data for technical purposes.
• Regulatory Authorities: PAGCOR, the National Privacy Commission, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and other competent Philippine government bodies, where required by law or regulatory direction.
• Law Enforcement: Philippine law enforcement agencies, where we are legally compelled to disclose data in connection with a criminal investigation or court order.

06Cookies & Tracking Technologies

The 184tapatan Platform uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience, maintain session security, and analyse Platform performance. The types of cookies we use include:

• Strictly Necessary Cookies: Essential for the Platform to function correctly — including session authentication, security tokens, and load balancing. These cannot be disabled without affecting Platform functionality.

• Active Account Data: Retained for the duration of your account's active status plus five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with PAGCOR record-keeping requirements.
• KYC & Identity Documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of submission, as required under AML regulations.
• Transaction Records: Retained for five (5) years from the date of each transaction, in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (as amended).
• Support Communications: Retained for two (2) years from the date of the last interaction, for quality assurance and dispute resolution purposes.
• Marketing Consent Records: Retained for the duration of your consent plus three (3) years, to demonstrate compliance with consent requirements.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with our data disposal procedures. You may request early deletion of certain data categories — see Section 9 for your rights.

08Data Security

184tapatan implements a comprehensive set of technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction:

• 256-bit SSL/TLS Encryption: All data transmitted between your device and the 184tapatan Platform is encrypted using industry-standard TLS protocols.
• Encrypted Data Storage: Sensitive personal data and financial information stored in our systems is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption.
• Access Controls: Personal data is accessible only to authorised 184tapatan personnel who require it to perform their job functions, governed by role-based access controls and the principle of least privilege.
• Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Available for all player accounts to add an additional layer of login security.
• Regular Security Audits: Our systems undergo periodic penetration testing and security audits conducted by independent third-party specialists.
• Incident Response: In the event of a personal data breach, 184tapatan will notify affected players and the National Privacy Commission within the timeframes required by the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

• Right to Lodge a Complaint: The right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines if you believe your data rights have been violated.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact our Data Protection Officer using the details in Section 13. We will respond to all verified requests within thirty (30) days. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.

10Children & Minors

The 184tapatan Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above, in accordance with the minimum legal gambling age in the Philippines. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, we will immediately suspend the associated account, delete the personal data in question, and take appropriate action in accordance with our Terms & Conditions and applicable law.

11Cross-Border Data Transfers

184tapatan primarily stores and processes personal data within the Philippines. However, certain service providers — including game software developers, cloud infrastructure providers, and KYC verification partners — may be located in other countries.

Where personal data is transferred outside the Philippines, 184tapatan ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data, including:

• Contractual clauses that require the recipient to protect personal data to a standard equivalent to the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
• Transfers only to countries or organisations that provide an adequate level of data protection as recognised by the National Privacy Commission.
• Your explicit consent, where required by applicable law.

12Changes to This Privacy Policy

184tapatan reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, legal obligations, or Platform features. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically. Your continued use of the 184tapatan Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acknowledgement of the updated Policy.

If you do not agree with any changes to this Policy, you may request account closure by contacting our support team. We will process your request in accordance with our data retention obligations.
